COVID-19.

At Experience the Country, we have thoroughly reviewed all of our processes and policies and carried out additional risk assessment for all activities.

In compliance with current guidelines we have introduced new systems to limit the amount of contact we have with our customers and staff, and introduced strict cleaning regimes before every piece of equipment is used and to allow for the additional cleaning and processes we have to undertake, we have limited the amount of trips and activities we carry out each day.

All bookings and duty of care information, waivers will now be completed online, as part of the booking process, and full payment taken prior to the event.

We ask all guests to remain by their vehicles and we will come and greet you to check you in, we have a covered outside area for kitting up prior to the trip or activity and will operate a one way system with sanitiser at each entrance.

All equipment and machinery will be treated with anti-viral spray prior to each trip, and your instructor will carry additional sanitiser, gloves and mask in the event of having to come within the 2 metre guidelines.

4×4 sessions will have a maximum of two people plus the instructor in the vehicle, all guests and instructors will be required to wear face coverings whilst in the vehicle and the windows will remain open for the entire session, whatever the weather! Guests will be required to sanitise their hands before and after taking to the wheel.

Clay pigeon shooting and target sports, will again require face coverings while beside the instructor and all weapons will be wiped with an anti-viral wipe between participants.

Quad biking and Segways, will be sprayed with anti-viral prior to the tour, we ask guests to sanitise their hands before getting on to the vehicles, face coverings may be worn, but it up to individual riders, we will enforce a strict two metre spacing between vehicles at all time.

Please note that we cannot take participants on activities if they choose or are excluded from wearing facemasks for medical reasons, we have a duty of care to our staff and other participants and afraid this rule cannot be relaxed.
